7 High Blood Pressure Hacks that Actually Work

After discovering at my dentist’s office that my blood pressure was “through the roof”, I quickly went to work learning about ways to lower my blood pressure naturally. I could have easily changed nothing, gone to the doctor for BP meds, and continued with my life as it was. But this was a wake up call for me. I was overweight, out of shape, drinking every day, smoking, and had a crappy diet. At the end of the day, discovering that I had high blood pressure was one of the best things that ever happened to me.
I took the steps I needed to in order to lower my BP naturally, and the unexpected consequence of all of these changes resulted in a life transformed.

In each step listed, I’ve given 2 ratings on a scale of 1-10. One rating is on how I perceive that this step has lowered my blood pressure; “BP Impact”. The other rating is on how this step has transformed my life; “Transformational Impact”.
I actually have no scientific proof on the BP Impact ratings as to how much of an impact that one specific thing had on my blood pressure, as I implemented many of these things at the same time. So just know that this is based on my perception, and not on any scientific study or proof.

So let’s get right to it. Here are the steps that worked for me.

BP Impact = 5
Transformational Impact = 10
