I’m an over 50, post-menopausal, grey haired woman (affectionately aka as “2 tone chrome dome” during my hair color transitional period…..) I also feel like I could go all out in a full court basketball game and then go home and pull trees out of the ground.
I created this blog to share my journey of how I lowered my blood pressure naturally. In the process of doing so, I have realized that the steps I’ve taken have done so much more than lower my blood pressure…… they’ve transformed my life.
I am not a doctor and I am not here to give medical advise. However, it is my hope that the reader might find the actions and insights that I’ve shared to be informative and useful.
